I just can't see any team offering him more than 250k this year, he just doesn't have much upside. He comes from a well off family and im not sure I would trade 250k as a junior for the 100-150k he could get as a senior and get to play another year at LSU with a sick squad.

You obviously haven't seen the 100k Range Rover he drives, or the $6000 bracelets he buys for his girlfriend, or the private jet that they charter for him to fly back and forth to Waco. Where exactly do you propose this money comes from? Saving his perdiem?
