8 beers in 12 minutes would put you at a BAC between .3-.4, which is dangerously high and 4-5 times the legal limit.

I've run several beer miles and couldn't walk without a wobble for 20-30 minutes afterwards.
Even in my best shape I don't think I could have run a beer 2 mile. In fact I'm not sure it I could walk a beer 2 mile and finish in under 30 minutes without getting sick.
