Full strength Clippers/Grizzlies are better than this Raptors team in a 7-game series, IMO.
Spurs, Warriors, and Thunder are clearly better.
Blazers would give them a good series.
Rockets would take 1 or 2 at least.

west was +14 vs the east this year......so not that big of a difference considering the past years.
