Sure, there's a difference between the top two contenders conference opponents? What you have to explain is why that matters

Once again, more than one thing can happen at a time.
I also don't think this means that the Cavs are fricked in the Finals or anything like that - there's just a large gap in talent between the east and the west. (Hell, I'll even say the top half of the east and the west if that gets the semantics buzzards off my arse.)

I'm not judging them based on the Cavs series. I'm judging them based off of my expectations for these teams before the playoffs even started. And that's not a knock on the Cavs. They are playing incredible basketball regardless
Most people knew the Cavs were coming out the west before the season started. And no, I don't know how these teams would do in the west. And neither does anyone else

I haven't said the entire east is bad or that they didn't have good teams. Just that none other than the Cavs are capable of winning a title and that the west has 3, thus explaining my reasoning that the west is tougher

I guess the problem people are having is that you basically think everyone outside of the top 4 teams in the league are JV teams.
