So you are going to look me square in the face and tell me that companies like Liberty Mutual and the like don't make liability issues where they don't exist?
Hell, your firm is probably supported by the endless litigation companies like these make us go through.
Winner post. Liberty Mutual is notorious for this. GEICO is now doing it.

I bet you'll be the first one to complain when your rates go up after you hit someone too.

Are you part of the defense bar or something? Insurance adjusters are below used car salesman for me. I'm sure there is some bias. But I've had adjusters who are terrible people or who are truly disconnected from reality. I've also had the opposite. And I'm not arguing that plaintiff's lawyers don't add to the issue of torts/insurance premiums but to say its all the plaintiff's bar doing this is ignorant or disingenuous.

Driving back from GI I saw 333-3333. I guess if you pick up the phone and press any number 7 times you'll get a PI attorney's office answering.
That's valuable real estate.

Nah...I pay attention to what I am doing and don't run into people.
There is no way that I would total "Brad"

insurance, along with their "doctor" friends and the judges they both donate money to. The unspoken triangle of why our insurance rates are some of the highest in the country.
Everyone always misses the boat on this one. The reason we have high insurance rates is very complicated, but part of it is because we have such bad drivers and such a high number of uninsured drivers.
However, if you want to stop all the auto liability tort lawyer, insurance rate madness, all you have to do is lower the jury trial threshhold to $5,000 and prohibit attorneys from contributing money, directly or indirectly, to judges' campaign funds or for advocacy in any judicial election.
Another approach would be to impound and sell all uninsured autos and require one year of pre-paid insurance on all automobiles. If insurance isn't pre-paid for a year, no inspection sticker, no license plate, no title, etc.
