There are several white guys who are superior lyricists. It's a matter of debate whether or not that makes a better rapper. Sort of like the old debates about guitarists. Yngwie Malmsteen could play every note that Hendrix could play, is he better than Jimi? Matter of perspective.
A great example of this is Dead Wrong with Em and Biggie. Biggie slays in flow and style and Eminem destroys in pure lyricism. Evenly matched in my opinion.

There are tons of awesome white rappers. I could only make it halfway through that video and had to turn it off. None of the ones I saw were even decent
