This is turning into a bizarre thread. The Lebron fanboys and the anti-Brons are uniting over something.

I really enjoyed the thread from like a week ago that said Kawhi was better than KD

In percentage, Yes. Wasn't top 60 in the NBA in 3 point attempts. It's not a huge part of his game.

Kawhi isn't even the biggest name on his team. That goes to Duncan in his retirement season. Listen to talk radio. No one is going to shite on this Spurs team that will be Duncan's last season, especially losing to OKC with a Curry/Thompson/Green vs. KD/Russ WCF looming.

The player I saw getting crapped on most for this was Aldridge

Which also proves my point. In Game 2 SAS loses by 1, LMA went for 41 on 75% shooting. The MVP only gets 14, goes 0-3 from 3 and 0-2 from line, and let's Durant get everything he wanted.

It comes down to who people like. Once people make up their minds who they like, interpreting their results becomes an exercise in confirmation bias.
This is the correct answer.

He was also really poor post Game 2 and many believe he is largely at fault for them becoming so Iso-heavy later in the series.

You've been telling us for years Harden and Howard are top 10 players on perennial playoff loser teams

To me, this is just a fascinating case study in how fans/media select villains.

When Lebron is in the playoffs, people anxiously await for him to fail or the team to lose.

Same with Harden and Westbrook.

when westbrook had that 50 point explosion a few years ago people still bitched b/c he took too many shots
