Where to go for Windows in Baton Rouge?

Greetings OT,
I am in need of new windows for the front of my home and was hoping some of y'all might have some recommendations. Nothing fancy, but I don't want "cheap looking." 4 48x72" windows. Already got a quote from relief windows but it seemed pretty high. I haven't bought windows in 4 years though so it may just be the market. Pella apparently doesn't want to sell me windows, they haven't returned my call from Wednesday. I've heard mixed reviews about Window World but I've got them coming out tomorrow anyway. Anywhere else I should check with?

I can tell you where not to go La Masion Complete. I have Ply Gem in my house and very pleased. The installer for a window is just as important as the window itself.

I bid out window on one of our office bldgs- and Windows World was the low bidder- I was impressed by the their service and quality of work
A lot depends on the quality of window you want to install.
If you are looking for high quality consider Pella

We had all the windows in our old house replaced by Window World as well as the bathroom window in our present home. No complaints.

We used Window World to replace 20 windows. They are good quality and after the sale service is excellent. They replaced a window I broke cutting my grass at no charge. The windows are quality. I would put them up against any window installed on new construction in BR from what Ive seen.

Best Buy has some pretty cheap options.

Window World recently replaced 14 at my reno project. The crew I got was very fast. The only thing I wold warn about is that they reuse any wood trim casings when they reinstall, even if cracked or broken when they pry them off. They gave me the option to leave it off and I replaced those few pieces myself. You're also responsible for any alarm sensors.
I never used them before and was leery about the "Wal mart of windows" perception, but the BR franchise is a good one. I got the priciest of the windows with the Low E and reflective properties and the total was less than Relief Windows. In fact, the sales rep for Relief told me bluntly that they wouldn't be able to match the price.

I used to work for Baton Rouge Windows & Siding. Locally owned, small buisness prices, quality work. The number is 928-0112. Good luck.
