no prob bob i blew like 550 on my nice boots. i keep those frickers clean and lather them up after every use. they will last forever if you keep good care of them. even those cole haans will last a long time if you care for them

I bought these after someone suggested them in a similar thread a few years back. Wear them regularly and they've held up well.

Keep an eye on Zappos. I picked up these boots on sale afew months back. (normally $125) Lots of compliments each time I wear them.
