Today is a bike ride and got on scale after first time in 4 weeks. After doing nothing for 3 weeks and last week doing some the weight is 181.4 Lowest I ever was was 177.5 started on March 1 at 208.5.
Time to get riding like a fool and doing good things again.

I thought it was going to be 165 but I just do not think my body can get there. I hope maybe 168 by start of March to make it 40 lbs in a year.

Alright I have a busy weekend with friends coming into town for the lsu game, so I decided to start my fat loss phase tomorrow instead of Friday. Now I can plan around those days more easily. New fat loss goal is 1.1lbs/week.

Yes. But I've been doing body fat by tape bc I didn't have a caliper. I'll post my weight in the am.

I just use my scales built-in bf% measurement. I'm sure its highly inaccurate but it's extremely easy to keep track of trends.

I used to use an Inbody machine at work but I'm not sure where the machine went. Our education dept moved to our wellness center so I'm sure it traveled across the street.

I’m sorry you didn’t see a bigger loss. Any loss is good, but I know I get discouraged when it’s slow. How much are you wanting to lose? Or are you more going for fat decrease/muscle increase?

So back on the somewhat serious diet
Egg whites with skim milk and added some extra Queso with taco meat I had left over for breakfast last 2 days.
PBJ for lunch (as always)
Dinner who knows
But riding the stationary tonight for probably 20 minutes only as tomorrow will be leg day may do some resistance curls and of course pallof presses.

I'm doing mod fat loss. I had a few too many Sunday lol!
I'm doing a squat program a buddy of mine wrote. It's brutal. Had to stop running bc of the soreness.
