It's been open for a year I think.

They are starting phase 2. Football court, track, 4 sand volleyball courts, 12 tennis courts, walking track, splash pad, etc.

Week 1 of fat loss going well. On pace for 1.5lbs down. Even enjoyed some wine during the game Saturday and a brunch with a bloody yesterday. That took some real macro shuffling to fit.

Post back and let us know how it goes. Y'all have piqued my interest. I'm a lot better about pushing myself & staying accountable in a group setting with a scheduled time. I'm weak and don't want to be anymore.

Warm-up was 1min on rower, 200m run for 3 rounds. Then stretches.

Since it was our first real class, they went over form heavily. Form is fine with light weights so now gonna slowly ramp that up.

I did extra sets of the deadlifts since the weight was light and they wanted me to continue to practice form. The 3 rounds of cleans and jumps over box were fast, but exhausting. My out of shape self was already tired before we got to that, but that sapped the last of my energy. I did step overs instead of jump overs.

A good class, and the coach was very nice and sincere with complements and critiques. I am enjoying CF so far.

1 week ago I was 181.4 today got on the scale and was 179.6

Trending the correct way again

Today is a bike ride had some major drama happen was told never wanted to be spoken to again etc. So hard bike ride and focus is in order. Frustration needs to be worked out.

Went 25 minutes on the stationary and hit 7.5 miles. Then 3 x 16 Pallof Press. Still can't lift no feeling in shoulder or fingers.

Pulled pork leftovers from yesterday for dinner had some for lunch also.

Week one of fat loss down. Averaged out to 2.31 pounds lost. Some of that is shedding the remaining bloat from vacation, I think. Avatar kept my macros the same, so we'll see how this week shakes out.

Leg day yesterday with Leg Press, Curls, Extensions, Calf extensions, and bodyweight lunges. Then walked a mile.

Today just probably a stationary ride.

But it is also #FloozyFriday

80 knee rocks (imagine a panda thats stuck on its back, rocking back and forth trying to get up )
18 burpees
36 hanging knee raises
10 5-meter bear crawls
48 ring rows
80 Supermans

Completed in 13:13

I just hurt my shoulder for real. Tried lifting and shoulder popped and then burned. Also fingers are numb

Going to ride the bike today. The doc visit is 3 weeks out, soonest I could get an appointment, unfortunately. Still have some tingling, but most feeling back.
