Sorry LBT. Not laughing at your pain, laughing at 777.

I drink coffee every morning and throw in Miralax in the first cup. Highly recommend.

Too much longer and you'll need to see a doctor.

Yeesh. You better go see a doctor before it becomes a serious health issue.

I've seemed to always had issues with it. Then it started getting a little better in 2016. But it's bad again.

All the doctors ever say is "eat more fiber" lol thanks doc never thought of that one.

I'm on a psmf diet right now that would put me over my fat totals.

Switching to Keto soon though if this keeps up.

ETA: it'd put me around 23g which I guess is ok. Would coconut oil do? I

Gotcha.

I forgot someone at work gave me some laxative. I have no clue what it was and I know you probably shouldn't put anything in your body you don't know about...but it did the trick just now.

Big day tomorrow. Usually if I can get through Wednesday without fricking anything up with the diet or skipping the gym I can get through the rest of the week with ease.

ETA: man I feel so much better

I was supposed to do squats and cardio tonight but have been just laying in bed. I did get cardio in the morning and at lunch though. But man my stomach is bad.

And if you feel the need to break the diet tomorrow, email me, I will tell you a funny story to make you not hungry anymore.

so got about 45 min of cardio in this morning.

I decided to do a test this morning. Took my blood sugar before having anything, even water. Was at 70. Took it 45 min after having a coffee with three pyure stevia packs which is supposed to be non glycemic and with one mini moo moo half and half. Blood sugar was at 80.

Going to check it with different sweetners and without any creamer over the next few days and see which has the least amount of effect on my blood sugar levels.

I did a similar test and found that granulated erythritol had the smallest effect.

same thing i been doing every morning, real low speed on my air dyne bike. nothing hard.

at lunch i have been walking on the treadmill at 15 degree incline with my weighted vest on.

i did weigh this morning and I am still up 2 pounds but my waist has gone down some more. Not sure wtf is going on as there should be no logical way I am building muscle.

I mean at sub 1000 calories I could be on HGH and every steroid known to man and still shouldn't be able to build muscle. Only thing I can think of is its the whoosh effect thing.

Honestly though I don't care if I weight 200, so long as my waist keeps going down and I can get down close to a 31" in 6 weeks.

Man, if those constant glucose monitors weren't expensive for a stupid curiosity.
