OT Medicos: Testicular pain after sex

Within 10 hours of so of sex, I have right testicle pain and burning, and usually have gastrointestinal issues as well. It lasts for a couple of days, typically.
I used to piss blood the day after sex, but at least that stopped (and no cause was ever determined).
Yes, I've seen doctors. Bladder, kidneys, testicles all check out.
Any observations? Any tests or areas they need to check out?

One friend complained of similiar testicular pain after sex. turned out his testicles were "twisted" and he needed surgery.

Go to your GP and get checked for a hernia - seriously.
Sounds exactly like what I had in my early 20's.
It's not the end of the world, but does need to be checked out.
