Seriously though, if you are somewhat serious about solving this problem, you can install a toilet that has an automatic seat lowering system on it. Functions much like the automatic flush systems.
You raise seat.
Piss.
Shake.
Flush.
Walk away.
Seat lowers.

The one thing I have seen in a house that I really liked was a water fountain. Idk why but ice cold water from a water fountain simply can't be beat.

My friend has a nice one that has some sort of oil seal that's a flush less system. It's got water hooked up to clean the bowl, but for normal pisses you don't flush anything. It's not an open drain so it doesn't stink. He's loaded, so it's probably expensive.

I have one of the beer keg urinals in my basement. It's pretty slick. Does not smell like urine.
