Hey LL, maybe you can help.

I just grabbed a bone-in center cut pork chop stuffed with rice dressing.

Any idea of time and temp to cook this in the oven or any tips?

Don't really care to start a thread and Google search seems to be all over the place. I'd rather put my trust in this place where I know some of the folks

Haven't had a chance to make a beer run while I'm here (FL).

Also, still haven't found a great selection of anything special in MS. Partly because it's MS, but partly because I probably haven't ventured out enough to find something decent. It is usually frowned apon to have two young kids in a beer or liquor store around my neck of the woods unfortunately.
