I dont understand why my daycare closes if st tammany parish schools close. The parents arrange transportation. Annoying if they close st tammany parish schools because we have noone to watch the baby, my wife or I have to take off of work.

Don't have kids if you dont want to deal with them.

dont believe I am. Per WBRZ last night the BR area was forecast to get 4"-5" of rain through Saturday. 4"-5"!! We get as much with regular thunderstorms. I appreciate that leadership requires making tough decisions. It also requires that the leaders have the trust of those being led. I don't think the leaders are doing anything with this decision to garner that trust or confidence.

Wife just got a text from our kid's school (Central SD) that they are going to start releasing the kids as soon as possible. School day ends at 3:05 and she got the text at 2:25

Way to split that hair Russian. And since you are being a specificity nerd, let me correct you. It is only parent conference day for the elementary school children. It is "professional development" for the rest of the kids. Either way , the kids in the EBRPSS are staying home.

Your welcome.
