Last Day of Black History Month

Since this day concludes February 2016, I want to say a few words in honor of Black History.
I recognize the sacrifices made by my predecessors in order for me to go to the same school, eat at the same restaurants, and even post on the same message boards as my white counterparts.
I realize that it is my responsibility to become an upstanding member of society.
Dr Martin Luther King, Rosa Parks, Nelson Mandela, Jackie Robinson, and even Malcom X have all contributed to the progression of civil rights in their own way. Many others have also contributed to civil rights from all ethnicities, so they to should be appreciated.
I hope that one day, I will be judged for occupations not by the color of my skin, but the content of my character, ability, and my perseverance.

Some posts having to go to the back of the threads.
Separate like/dislike buttons for races.
Crappy emoticons for black posters.
That mod Bull Chicken was a particular b*stard.
Lots of folks worked hard from the inside so we could all share in the eventual beauty of volod's posts.

Listen to black talk radio in the mornings, they preach this victim language all day long. It's really terrible.

While having to deal with volod's posts is a negative, it is worth it to have blackhelicopterpilot post on our boards.
