The sad part is I am more confident LSU will beat Kentucky than I am they will beat Mizz.

LSU does not deserve to be in the NCAA tournament. Plain and simple.
This is objectively true. Very underachieving team

Why? Do you want to be embarrassed on national TV again by this team?
Well, as an LSU fan, I don't care about possible embarrassment. It would be great to make the field. It would suck to get rolled out, but not, ultimately, as bad as not getting in.

Keith Hornsby is going to be tough to replace but he didn't put up impressive numbers the first time. (9pts, 4rbs, 2st, 4ast) It was Tim Quarterman that stole the show with 21 points.

I have said this for two years but if Tim Quarterman scores 20, we win. He is the difference maker and has been all season. Have we ever lost a game when he scored 20?

That's not bad overall numbers when you consider he gave you 4 rebounds and 4 assist to go along with 2 steals. While you absolutely would love to have him this time around, you have to remember that Blakeney gave LSU very little in that first game (6 pts on 3/9 shooting and 1 rebound). He is a much different player at this point in the season, and unlike Hornsby, isn't nearly as reliant on his teammates to create shots for him. LSU's half-court offense as a whole does a poor job of creating open looks. Blakeney can create his own shot. If I'm LSU, I'm making an effort to have him put up no less than 10 shots in each of the remaining two games.
