Favorite amateur cover song version?

What are some good amateur cover songs y'all like? I'm meaning preferably maybe YouTube video with people at home or bar, not a well known band covering another band's song. This one with Rooster from AIC is a good one. Seems to be a pretty difficult song and aside from some goofy facial expressions in beginning she did an excellent job.

Daniel Earwicker covers lots of songs from The Smiths and he's an amazing musician playing all the non-vocal parts.

That's really good,but I am pretty sure the vocal was independently edited quite a bit.
Guessing that they used a separate recorder for the vocal,tweaked it a lot then mixed it in.
After a second listen,there's no way the music and vocals were recorded in that room,they did a really good job of editing and syncing everything together though.
