I have to fondle around here to get a taste of this Tree House swill?

Steakbomb has a fridge full of it, you just have to drive to north Houston to fondle him.

I'm not sure there's a beer worth leaving the comfort of my SW Houston burb to drive to North Houston.

Where did you find fresh Double Jack? I haven't been able to find anything fresher around Houston than August 15.

And yes, extremely smooth for 9.5 ABV.

Appreciate the offer. I would expect that eventually a fresh batch has to get back on the shelves around here.

Saw the TABC approved the label for some new DIPA from Firestone Walker, a blend of 75% Double Jack and 25% Union Jack.

It was okay. Not the greatest, but I'm glad I got to try something new.
