Apparently a car accident earlier today. She has passed away from her injuries.

Susannah Donaldson, 55, was driving south on S Western Avenue about 8 p.m. when her car went left of center and hit a northbound sport utility vehicle head-on.
The sport utility vehicle driver, Ingrid Williams, 44, was taken to OU Medical Center where she was treated for life-threatening injuries, police said.
Mai Nguyen, 59, was driving a third vehicle that hit the car driven by Donaldson. Nguyen was not injured. Everyone involved wore a seat belt. Donaldson and her dog were dead at the scene.
Very sad RIP. Went through there last week.

Was never a fan of the man's coaching skills but I feel so horrible for him as a human being. Could never imagine losing my wife if I had 5 kids
