Cams o line let him down. Cams front office let him down by giving him shite for WRs. And he still lead them to 17-1/super bowl. Made chicken salad outta Tedd ginn.
bullshite.
Brees elevates his targets. They do very little after leaving him, but get great contracts from other teams.
But Brees also takes the blame for a loss, and gives the credit to others for a win.

People in the media don't regard him as a true leader. Have you not been listening to sports talk the last few days? He is being criticized across the board from everyone. Of course his teammates are going to say that he is a leader lol. Jesus Christ what are they going to say? Can he be a leader? Yes. He just needs to sulk less. He does not have to smile after a loss but damn at least answer questions with some sort of maturity. Answer them like the other guys who are asked the questions. No one else on Carolina team had problems answering questions after the loss. Why not him? Why not the "Leader" of the team?

Dude look at Tedd ginn #s when cam isn't his qb. He can't even get on the field other than as a returner. Brees plays in a dunk and dunk pass happy offense of course his wrs will put up numbers. Thank coach Payton for that. Hell look what kinda numbers McCown put up when he backed up brees. 300 yds 70% completions v the panthers D.

You saw the SB then? Where was his "leadership" when he fumbled the ball being down by 6 points in the 4th quarter. No other QB in the league would have jumped on the ball? Is that what you are saying? If he elevates his players, how come he could not elevate them in the biggest game of his career? Trent Dilfer won a SB. I guess his players around him elevated him right?

That's not his mo and it doesn't have to be for him to be their leader. Again, you don't define what makes a leader no matter how bad you want to. The results do. His teammates do. Those arrows undoubtedly point to cam as a leader.

How come he could not LEAD his team to victory only being down by 6? If he is such a LEADER you are claiming he is, 6 points should have been easy for him. I have proven my point. Now prove yours.
Holy shite man you are a special kind of stupid. Peyton Manning is a terrible leader, I mean he has lost like 15 playoff games. Tom Brady? He blows, I mean all he had to do was complete a two point conversion and his team would have been in the Super Bowl. Aaron Rodgers, that bum couldn't even lead his team to a victory over the Cardinals who Cam beat by 40. Big Ben what a frick up, lost to Denver in the playoffs, Andrew Luck how does that guy still have a job? He's gotten blown out any time he's sniffed getting to the big game...
Drew Brees, been bent over by Cam ever since he came into the league. What a terrible leader. Cam won more games this season than Drew the last two combined.
It's really astonishing how stupid you are. Is that's the point you're trying to prove you're doing a fantastic job of it.

Too much of a talent discrepancy to overcome in the SB w Stewart out and his already sorry wr group being a man down v an all time great Broncos defense. Just not much he could do out there. It's a testament to cam that they even reached the SB w such Shitty talent around him. Worst offense to ever play on a super bowl if you look at the skill positions only bc of cam did they make it that far. Try to find me a team to play in a super bowl w worse RB and wrs.

Anyone else that says other QBs elevate other players it is bc of the system they play in. Cam is responsible for all the wins right? It is not a team sport bc Cam plays both offense and defense and does it all for wins. When his team loses, it is bc other players sucked and did not do what they should have been doing. Gotcha.

Not a wuss, just a selfish, sore loser who acted exactly the way his detractors said he would if faced with adversity. In the biggest play of his life, he flinched. He hesitated. He shied away. He gave up. He quit. He became everything we all knew he was. A fake.
I bet you still tell yourself this was fake too.

That sounds like an excuse for other losers. Not for the MVP lol. You do realize that the Broncos had less than 200 yards of offense in the game right? Carolina was the highest scoring offense in NFL. So that is complete bullshite on what you just said. The whole time you are saying he elevated his players all year. He overcame 10 point deficits but now in the biggest game of be year, he could not do that bc the other team defense was better? That is one lame arse excuse.

Regarded as a true leader by who? His teammates are the only ones that matter not some slapstick online. To them cam is their leader.
Nah man, these guys hate Cam...

Brees took a team decimated by the biggest natural disaster
hahahaha, wtf is this.
1. Drew Brees was a great QB in his prime
2. Katrina "decimated" the Saints. How many players did they lose in the disaster? Don't be a moron.

That is pretty much your only response. Let's go back to that one game against Bama 6 years ago. That will show everyone what a leader he is. Give me a fricking break. How come he could not overcome a 6 point deficit when he is so good at comebacks? You said he was 3 for 3 in 10 point deficits. I really want to know your answer. We are talking SB not a game that took place at another level 6 years ago.

You Cam lovers are fricking hilarious.

Bull shite.
Brees elevates his targets.
Yea, Brees is a good QB.
How is that "bull shite" about Cam? Ted Ginn has 15 TD catches in 2 seasons with the Panthers and 6 in 7 years with other teams.
Look at what Greg Olsen compared to what he was doing in Chicago.
Who do you think makes the Panthers running game tick the way it does?

Most of the team was cut and replaced by Sean Payton.

His "prime" was after the injury in SD that everybody said was something he could never come back from.
That happened when he went for his fumble in the 4th quarter of the last game of the season.
See the difference between him and Cammy yet?
Tell me more about my team, that I grew up rooting for. My favorite Saint is still Dalton Hilliard, btw.

So you blame Cam for Remmers having no chance to block Miller or more specifically for Cotchery and Ginn dropping passes inside the redzone and taking away sure points? If only Cam was a better leader I bet they would have caught those inch perfect passes right?

Who are the great leaders in your opinion?
Posted on 2/9/16 at 9:40 pm to MasterKnight
Find me a team to play in a super bowl with less talent at wr and RB than the panthers. Then consider that the RB and WR were both hurt and going up against an all time great D and it's easy to see why they weren't able to get much going offensively in the game. No qb in the history of the league would've been able to get much done in that scenario I'm pretty sure of it.
