Would you rather earn your wealth or inherit

Simple question. Would you rather:
A.) Work hard and earn your own wealth (say all of your hard work and savvy business decisions pay off at age 50), or
B.) Inherit at a very young age (age 21).
For the purposes of this question, let's say that your inheritance is enough to live comfortably for the rest of your life (without working of course).

Definitely the inheritance

I'd pick inherit wealth and then earn more.

If I could have the same brain I have now and go back to 18? Inherit.
If not, work for it so I don't die at 35

Working for it would probably make me a better person and feel more pride, but frick that

B.
Life is too short for only getting to enjoy shite when your dick doesn't work.

Inherit. Just because you inherit doesn't mean you still can't work hard.

Id love to hear why someone would choose the former.

So work my arse off and retire at 50 or never work and "retire" at 21?
Pretty easy choice. B

If I would have inherited enough to never work at 21... I probably wouldn't have made it to 35.

Don't worry. The Boomers will be in shortly.

Earn. I don't accept a penny from my parents. They raised me and paid my college. They did enough. I am a big boy and can make my own money.

What kinda clown question is this?
We talking enough money to last a life time? Generational wealth? What idiot wouldn't want the extra 29 years of having a good time with the wealth?

Inherit, let's be honest work is overrated and I would love to have more time for hobbies and time with the kid. However, there is no inheritance coming my way so off to work I go.
