Are you able to create a cramp by flexing your calves a certain way?

Have you ever had restless legs at night that were so bad, a cramp felt like relief?

You can get a calf cramp by sleeping on your stomach thus having to point your toes , unless you hang your feet off the end of the bed, and this puts your calves in a vulnerable cramping position.
To create a cramp, lay like I mentioned then tap one of your calves with your big toe of the other foot and boom! Instant cramp.

Drink more water, eat more calcium and take vitamin D, which will help you retain calcium.

If I move my foot a certain way I will get a cramp on the bottom of my foot that hurts like hell. Usually happens when I arch it a certain way.

Only time I've had leg cramps in my calf is when I'd been out drinking all night and got dehydrated. I woke up a cpl times from a dead sleep yelling at the top of my lungs.

Don't drink anymore so don't have them anymore.
