I freakin love Snow Cream. It's basically ice cream made from fresh snow...but it is fluffier than ice cream....almost like a blend of ice cream and shaved ice.

I know plenty that make it here in NY. To those who don't know what it is you just stick a bowl outside to collect snow and combine that with some milk, sugar, and vanilla extract to make icecream. It's pretty good but not some huge deal
