Suffering from some symptoms of altitude sickness right now from summiting a mountain today and of course probably not drinking enough water ...feel like im out of breath a lot, really bad headache, general soreness and weakness etc.
I have a 3 hour flight to catch in about 10 hours..should i be worried? Will my head explode? Is this teh AIDS? In all seriousness thanks for the replies I feel like shite

Shouldn't make any difference in a pressurized cabin

You're fine. As long as you're at a lower altitude now, then your body is already recovering due the higher oxygen.
Although, I was told that the oxygen concentration inside of a plane is equivalent to around 8000ft elevation.
I had HAPE, high altitude pulmonary edema (fluid in my lungs) the first time I ever went skiing. Had to use supplemental oxygen for last 3 days of the trip.
Been skiing every year since...at lower altitudes

How high? 14k? 20k? 25k?
Most planes set their pressure to equivalent of 10k, and most base elevations at airports are less than that. Where are you flying out of?

go to er or urgent care clinic and make sure there are no contraindications to travel.
also, pay out of pocket cash. obama has ruined medical care and they need cash badly.
