Can someone recommend a good brunch spot for a group of 12 close to downtown. Several kids so not too expensive.

It's perfect that this thread is running right next to another where parties of 12 are a disaster. Prayers sent.
Try Palace Cafe. Not sure what they do for kids though.

Thanks guys. It's a group of mom's and daughters going down to see a show and are looking for a place to eat. They tried Sullivan's but the won't sit a group of 12 or if they break up into 2 groups of six they won't be sat close to each other.

You might look at the Luke menu and consider it.

Go early and hit Elizabeth's in the Bywater. They can host huge parties upstairs. But a group of 12 over a holiday weekend?!? Just get a box of poptarts and a couple of bottles of champagne.

Eta: didn't see you were going to the show .. I would try the M Bistro at the ritz - you can walk to the show from there..

Ruby Slipper would be my first thought for your group. Elizabeth's would work too. That praline bacon

Warehouse Grill. Something for everyone.

Where is the show? If it is at the Saenger I would go to Arnaud's.

Café Adelaide. In the Loews hotel.
