Dear Santa,

I know it's late, but I know what I want for Christmas...

Or just immature people.

I wish they would remove the downvote option on the recruiting board. Just upvote or nothing.
Or they display the names of the downvotes.

Imo, no one in this class even comes close to Eason.

he would be a terrible fit for LSU though. he's never taken a snap under center in highschool (looking at his highlight videos) he's "pro style" but he's in a spread offense.

why can't they just call white QB's spread quarterbacks???

I think he's actually going to have a hard time at georgia if they run the same kind of under center offense.

or just have a board called delusional recruiting where only positive comments are accepted and all those who are not committed to LSU are horrible players.

Regardless, it is great news to hear this kid will potentially visit.

a lot of the california high schools run under center offenses. Same with east coast states like maryland and even virginia. Northern HS up in Michigan and nebraska run a good bit pro style under center... Texas has moved to pretty much all spread as well as florida.

right.

I don't think there is anything wrong with critical or honest posts about a player. The negative comments about our offense or coaches is what bothers me on the recruiting board.
I agree with you on Eason. Kid is incredible.

I've never been too confident in late visitors but maybe the coaches have been working this kid pretty good.

Would signing him likely bring us a #1 ranked class?

I don't think it matters. It's a need and he would be huge. Myself and many others preferred him before we got infatuated with the bird that was in our hand. I've always preferred Haskins especially after seeing him perform

Yes, but I think regardless we finish #1. We're in the mix for some really talented players and we already have a pretty strong class.

I would absolutely love to have him at LSU. However, I read he is extremely close to his parents. And he said playing in his home state would allow them to be at every home game. He seems to have great character. I don't see him playing anywhere but Maryland.

Thumbs down if you wish, but I'm just keeping things real.

With the WR talent at LSU, it's a pretty enticing situation for a top QB recruit with confidence. If Cam presses, and Haskins comes for an official, I think we get him.

Well they could watch him every Saturday on national tv for home and away games. They wont get that with Maryland.

Apparently, defense is optional in Maryland.
Did anyone notice the score on his Rivals hi-lite reel? 59-59 and going to OT. Also, not one snap under center in this clip. Seemed very poised in the pocket. Nice touch when a soft one was needed and threw darts in between coverage. Nice.

Haskins is polished and a tad more than Franks.

We all know Franks is not going to LSU, I agree Haskins is a long shot. He is gonna get a free trip and you never know.

Would welcome Haskins with open arms and in 3 years I will look this kid up and hope he is setting the world on fire.
