Questions about Sling TV.. Do they give you access to AMC, FX, and Comedy Central?
AMC - yes, in the base package. FX and Comedy Central, no.

last question- how much would it cost me for 3 sticks per month with a "sling tv" prescription?

The last thing you need is a techie device like Kodi. And all of these suggestions lack any kind of recording capability, something you're probably accustomed to with cable or satellite.

For a non-tech person, get a Tivo, add an antenna, and you're in business. No computer needed. For ESPN3, buy a Roku stick and find some little old widow lady who has cable or satellite and get her to add ESPN3 to her lineup. Use her logon and take her to dinner once a month in return.

You can with the Roku Stick if you're using a compatible app.
