i'll not speculate on the reason, but to me the most curious lack of success of black coaches occurs in pro basketball.
look at the NBA...something like 75% of the players are black, but there are only 10 or so black coaches every year. and theres been two black head coaches that have one titles in the last 30 years.
college football is run by layers and layers of rich white people, with unpaid black labor. doesnt surprise me in the least theres no black coaches. the NBA though? if there is a "black run" league at all, its the NBA, yet still very few black head coaches
very curious and not attributable to "racism" in my opinion

That's my point. Yes there are some coaches whose first job is at a bad school, but you also have guys like Willingham.

You are wrong on both accounts-
He is from Hawaii that is not Asian. Politically Hawaii is in North America, geographically they aren't part of any continent, while some claim Oceania or Australia. Neither which are Asia.
Putin isn't Asian, he is European. While most of the land mass of Russian is in Asian most of the Russian population (over 75%), including Moscow, is in Europe. Asia begins east of the Ural mountains.
