How is Amazon on lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages?

UPS says it was delivered at 5:20.

USPS had already delivered a box earlier in the day, so a thief would have probably grabbed both if it was stolen. My guess is that they sent it to the wrong address, so I'm assuming it's gone for good.

Is Amazon good about quick refunds/resends on items or will it take weeks to correct?

They're usually very quick, I'm not sure about stolen stuff though.

Yes they are usually pretty good about it.

Like I said, I doubt it was stolen. A much bigger box was here since mid-day.

It appears that UPS fricked up here.

They're good, just call and tell them it's not at your house despite it saying it was already delivered. I bought something on Monday and it still hasn't been delivered yet even with prime.

Very good. Just call and explain about the status and they'll give you a replacement free of charge. That was my experience.

Amazon is the shite. Customer service is exceptional.

It says I have to wait another full day, even though it is listed as delivered.

If I were you, I'd contact UPS. Seems UPS screwed up. UPS will contact the delivery hub and they will also ask the driver to ensure it was delivered to the correct address. UPS (from my experience) doesn't F around, and they try to rectify things quickly.

If UPS doesn't get it figured out, contact Amazon. Either way, you will get taken care of.

Yeah this is the only thing I find kinda of sketchy about Amazon, I've have several packages that they said were delievered but they didn't arrive until the next day. That being said if it doesn't show up tomorrow call them and they will make it right and do so quickly.

Call and ask, their customer service is the best I've ever dealt with. They will likely just send you another package if your other one was lost.

The fist couple of seasons are better than the later ones.

Usually happens with smaller packages, they get dropped off at the post office and you get the "delivered" e-mailed because it was dropped off.
However, it won't actually be delivered until the next day

The note says dropped off in front porch/stoop, but it is a smaller box.

We will see if UPS is lying, which they probably are, since they usually don't get to my house until well after 6-7pm.

Hell, I had Fedex drop something off last night after 9.

Unless it wasn't some really expensive Portuguese Glass dildo, they'll likely replace it. Amazon is awesome.

I think you can go to My Orders and they have a button that says tracking shows delivered but you didn't get it.

Is the item small enough to fit in you mailbox and if so have you checked there?
