F. King has been great for the university and the state of Louisiana. He is well respected on a national level and has been very effective in his role.

Does that state how he cried wolf to the state legislature about the school being bankrupt, or flubbing a bond issue so bad that he drew the ire of the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission)?
