People outside of our office from competing companies told us the "rumors" our division was going to be shut down. Obviously the top of the food chain made the decision and word got around to competitors. Our division, although large, was very small relative to the size of the corporation. Our division knew nothing, not even the op dog who ran our division.

I don't want to screw up this thread, but the Miles thing he alludes to may not have anything to do with him not knowing. Maybe there are other personal matters at play and he doesn't want to say anything.
Miles knows, he's still got a game to coach.

Lol no they didn't. Big wigs from out of state flew in and delivered the news to everyone at the same time.
