I think it is time for a change but I am nervous LSU and Alleva botch this whole thing badly.

Alleva needs to go as well.

Agree. There has to be a true upgrade available. It can always get worse.

It's easy to say that. But some of us can remember a not-so-distant time when we were worse than mediocre. We also lost a lot of recruits at that time to Texas and other states. At least Miles & Co. can recruit pretty well.

Only if we fire BDP and Les takes over special teams, fire Steele and promote Coach O to DC, hire the Ole ball coach as OC.

Doesn't matter what I want, but he's probably staying at least 3 more years.

One more year of cam and peveto? No. And who will you get to replace them knowing u could be out of a job in a year. All I can say is don't fire miles without a deal in place. If they can't then bring miles back.

Yes when we beat aTm and the bowl game this is like a 10 win since mcneese is a considered a win in my mind. You don't fire a coach like Miles. Even Jimbo would be a downgrade to miles. Only coaches I see hands down better than miles are saban and Meyer and even Meyer if extremely close.

Same. I'll be fine either way

There seems to be a lot of rumors running rampant here, and a ton of melting. This has been a disappointing month, mostly because we were so artificially elevated in the polls coming into the Bama game.

I would not be surprised if he returns, nor would I be shocked if something does go down at this point. If it does turn out to be the end for Miles, I really wouldn't be surprised if the program crashes and burns. This has been handled extremely poorly. The TAF guy (or whoever he is) running his mouth is a disaster, both in the event Miles stays, and if you are trying to lure some other guy here. Airing shite out like that doesn't make the job any more appealing, just the opposite; and if your job is otherwise comparable, I can't see anyone stepping into this mess willingly. Sure, someone young and hungry for a chance will take the shot, but that isn't the target we presumably have.

FWIW I think Miles and the Board talk, and after that they agree that Miles retires after the 2016 season.

yes. We're too young of a team and lost too many guys to either injury or off the field crap. Relax, give it time.

this. i really like him being the LSU coach, but its just not looking good these days. i have zero hope for the future next year if a HUGE change is not made. Like AT LEAST a new OC and DC, but probably a new head man is the right move.

I just cant imagine wasting the talent we have next (particularly LF7) just for the sake of being cordial to CLM.

Sucky situation, and i really didnt want this to be the way he goes out.
