Reuben
Easily my favorite.

Leftover calves liver with carmelized onions and bacon (with ketchup...shoot me) is pretty darned good.

Man, that is one of my least favorite sandwiches. The Cheez Whiz dominates the entire flavor of the meat.

Looks like melted swiss, sauerkraut and topped with Russian dressing. As it should be, no?

The russian dressing looks chunky. Diced pickles probably.

Buttered and toasted onion roll, Duke's mayo,Zatarains mustard, bread and butter pickles, Vidalia onion, very thick layer of Boars Head black forest ham, provalone cheese, bacon. Under the broiler for a minute. Add a thick slice of tomato and sweet red pepper. Splash with red wine vinegar.

Croissant with a very thick layer of roasted turkey, provalone cheese, and red pepper jelly heated in the oven is a good one too.

One I grew up with and still make to this day, is a slice of white bread with Kraft American cheese, a slice of tomato salt and pepper under the broiler until the processed cheese is almost black. My mother always called them toasted cheese and we all ate them by the loaves. It's an old childhood favorite and one I still enjoy.
