Anyone who buys basil in the spice ailse and not the produce section where it is fresh belongs in Walmart.

I'd say anybody who doesn't realize that they have it both in the spice aisle AND in the produce section is a fricking retard.

Come on, that's the biggest red flag in this whole work of fake-haughty fiction. Who would ask an employee where spices and/or produce are in a store that has entire goddamn sections dedicated to them?

For all these people looking down their nose at Walmart the only thing I can guess is they live in a generally trashy/shitty part of the world and thus the Walmart close to them is staffed by generally shitty, nasty people. Maybe if they were to ever go into a nice Walmart store then they'd see how stupid they look to the rest of us with all this snobbish anti-Walmart talk.

Yea you can tell how shitty of an area you are in by walking into a WalMart. It's amazing how much different they can be just minutes apart.

The OP sounds like a huge douche. I like how he feels he had to justify going to WM with a bullshite story about Home Depot. Especially considering he needed Basil. Last I checked you can't get that at HD. His post reeks of insecurity worrying about what people will think of him for going to WalMart.

"Excuse me my good man, can you tell me where they keep an obscure item in this store?"

"Uh... Okay."

"Yes, I need... milk."

"Um... I think that's in the dairy area. That's the ENTIRE SIDE of the store over there. The milk takes up the whole wall."

"Dairy section? Oh how gauche! I will take my business elsewhere. This place is so beneath me!"

"Whatever, bitch. Go get you some Home Depot milk. And get a pair of pliers too. So you can pull that stick out of your arse."

I would even soak my cereal in bleach-water to decontaminate before eating.

I love Walmart

But I also love a McDonald's breakfast and don't come to a sports message board to complain how they got my order wrong

We've all been there. It is a "den of despair." I like that, and I may steal it.

I just find it funny that people would be offended by the lack of quality service they received at a discount retailer.

It would be like walking into TJMaxx or Marshall's, having the nerve to be pissed off that the rack with $4 pants are not in order by size, then coming to the OT to fuss that you would have gone to the Ralph Lauren store but it was closed.

You should get out more. Yeah, there's some really shitty Walmart stores. But there's also some pretty nice ones as well. It all depends on where they're located and how that particular store is managed and staffed.

If I need stuff like paper towels, TP, condiments, etc. I go to Walmart and am in and out in 15 minutes. I don't go there to buy fricking filet and salmon and shite

One by my house in Scottsdale is hit or miss...but that is likely because it is technically sitting on Salt River Indian Reservation land so it is the one all the Navajos frequent(and because of that...doesn't sell alcohol). Another one 10 minutes from me (still in Scottsdale) is nicer inside.

Both of them still have crappy produce and meat sections compared to other grocery stores.

I've been to Walmart countless times and I've never asked an employee for anything. fricking idiots use that store with no help on-the-reg, but you can't find what you want? Be a fricking man and walk around 'till you find it.

There's a "good" walmart in Naples, FL. That's it.
