While it's probably time, it's way past time for the good ole boys (Vitt, McMahon,Johnson, etc) to go. Until that happens, I don't think we see significant improvement no matter who the DC is.

I honestly think the secondary will be very good once the new DC realizes that they need a pass rush. That will make everyone back there look great. This won't happen this year...but it could come together next year.
