however, we also showed lack of practicing and lack of game usage of the passing game.

The problem was the o line couldn't pass protect at all and whenever we fall behind the chains we're screwed

Harris plunked three razor back's in the head with bad passes, and the o line looked like shite. They couldn't convert a bird down in the 4th quarter to save their lives.

No sure what game you were watching.

I wish Miles had a want for more balance on offense and a less predictable and very quality offense. One in which we can pass the ball between 5-15 yards.

I am not sure BH has it. he does miss on a lot of passes even when he has time.
Our passing scheme does suck though, not sure what to think.
Passing has been a problem for years.

Damn if Harris went 21 for 35 and 271 and he played terrible imagine what he can do once he improves.

Exactly. Yet year after year we never never practice the passing game in the non conference or "cupcake" games. It's enough for Les to "secure the victory". Why should anyone be surprised when our passing game is unpolished and ineffective in game situations against tough opponents?

He still just heaves it up for grabs. Les and Cam are crippling qbs. All those wrs and cant get the rock to them. Only in 2min offense?

There are a lot of problems. I mean, if it happens that often I think it becomes more than the O line. Harris dropped too deep at times, there are no short reads, and Harris missed some opportunities to anticipate a few routes. The result may have looked ok statistically, but it was not a great effort and the lack of execution of the passing game put us far behind 21-0.

When we threw it over the middle the Jeter twice on the last drive, I just wondered where this has been all game, or all year even.

I think he was 13 for 18 in the first half. He has a rocket, just hasn't had enough practice time or game time in the passing game. And never will.

I would be shocked to find he was 13 of 18 because he started out 0 for 4 or 5 it seemed.

Its not the Oline. Harris had ample time to throw the rock but he just cant hit wrs in stride unless its in 2min offense. You can't beat nobody like that. Whats gon happen LF leave after next season? Miles has to develope a qb sooner or later.

He's only developed one in all of his years here.

+ a ton of sacks
+ a bad fumble

He also had his second lucky TD this year. That pass that Dural tipped was pretty bad.

Now that the OL has gone to crap, its gong to be difficult to pass or run.
