I saw that. She drove a stang and he claimed it broke down, she called him to come get her, by the time he got there she had been killed by a hit and run...

But the stang cranked right up, and there was no damage to her body proving she was hit or run over at all...

Amirite?

Knew a girl in Hammond. Supposedly, she was DWI and hit and killed an older black man on a bicycle.
Tangi Parish SO supposedly swept it all under the carpet, an unsolved hit and run. Even falsified a police report for damage to her car to have it fixed asap, no questions asked.

IWN have HI if I had known. Worst pillow talk I've ever known.
Of course, when she sobered up next time I saw her, she said she was jus bullshittin.

Yeah I knew Todd in high school as well. Knew Troy a little bit better as I was a year ahead of him and two ahead of Todd.

I was shocked when he killed those people. My memories of Todd at Lee are of passing him, saying hey, and him ALWAYS having a huge smile on his face. Always thought he was a great guy.

Nah, they were driving home from the shoot, guess they were arguing, he hit her or strangled her in the car, killed her right there. Tried to then make it look like a car accident where she snapped her neck. Left her in driver seat, crashed the car into something and pretended he was asleep when they had wrecked.

Detectives showed up an were calling foul because the car didnt' hit going fast enough to cause her that much damage

Yes

Guy I grew up with got involved in drugs. Started selling and ended up going from here to Houston to buy some drugs. He decided he wanted the drugs and the money so he tied up the 6 Mexicans he was buying from and shot them each in the head.

Funny thing about a .22, sometimes it does not pierce the skull. One victim who got shot in the back of the head had the bullet pass under the skin without entering the skull. Bullet exited just above the guys eye. Looked like a thru and thru. He lived and gave a description to the cops. He was arrested on his way back to Tuscaloosa.

Got the needle for 4 murders .

On a serious note, my dad killed a guy on a bicycle.
Typical Gump-ish illiterate ramble:

Was your dad on the bike or was the victim on a bicycle?

I shot an elephant in my pajamas.

My point was that it probably wasn't first degree. But if it's CO it might be. I don't know the laws there.

They got him on premeditated for 1st degree because several witnesses saw him feeding the guy shots at a bar the night the guy disappeared and throwing his shots away. There were some other details I won't go into that enabled them to go for 1st degree but the body was never found.

Gotcha. Premeditation isn't an element of first degree in LA. My mistake for assuming LA.
