Mizzou players and the hunger strike guy are terrorists

Sure you should stand up for your beliefs, maybe there is injustice and things need to change at Mizzou I don't know.
What I do know is refusing to play football which costs the school millions of dollars and threatening to kill yourself unless the school gives in to your list of demands is basically terrorism. Do what we want or else....
The demands list reads just like a list some guy with a bomb strapped to his chest on a train would release. There's a much better way to do this than holding people hostage

Holy hyperbole! They may be using much of the same poor irrational reasoning of terrorists, but to equate the two is absurd.

I wouldn't go as far as terrorists, but the word ignorance seems to fit the situation fairly well. Especially once you read the list of demands with demands like African-American Mizzou staff representing a larger percentage then what is actually at the school.
When you use racism to combat alleged racism, it makes you look like an idiot.

I just posted a similar idea on the SEC Rant board.
I wouldn't go so far as to declare that one black person is spitting in another's face... as a white person I'm not in a position to make that judgment... all I know is that I RESPECT James Meredith and Rosa Parks and do not, in any way, respect these current Missouri clown claims.
Jonathan Butler (the guy on the starvation diet) is the most despicable character I can recall in the whole history of civil rights protests. Imagine you've worked hard your entire life to become a university president, and some little jackass targets you by hurting himself. That's similar to a suicide bomber in a market place.
This entire thing started because some coddled little speck of a man, a student body president, thinks he's so special that he should be shielded from words that unlike sticks and stones can't break his bones. He got angry because the university didn't pay enough attention quick enough to his whine, even when the university had nothing to do with the incident.
Stand firm, Missouri. There are valid claims of racial abuse out there. This is not one of them. This is of the counterproductive boy-who-cried-wolf type that only tends to cause the rest of us to be immediately skeptical and dismissive of such complaints.

That weak frick isn't Bobby Sands. Sands went close to 70 days before passing. He won't make it another 10 days. Call his bluff.

You should lay off the sauce so early in the a.m.

I agree. The definition of "terrorist" has changed since 9/11 and "the war on terror" but they are the textbook definition of it. Pre-9/11 they would be referred to as terrorists.

I don't mean terrorists like ISIS, not every terrorist is a religious psycho

I have never understood why anyone would hunger strike? All you're doing is hurting yourself.
