Why is the pink NFL gear in October dying out?

I know they had some controversy about how much of the revenue for it actually goes to cancer charities and stuff. I still think it's a cool thing and definitely brings awareness which is the whole point really, you just don't see as much of it now

When is the WNBA going to raise prostate cancer awareness? What color should it be?

Because the Susan G Komen foundation is mired in controversy lately. Form suing other charities over using pink or "for the cure", or only 20% of the money they raise going to actual research, or the CEO and founder bringing in nearly $700K a year in salary, etc.

My only issue is that if you aren't already aware, you will never be aware.
I'm all for cancer research but a nice pink ribbon patch is plenty.

Hallelujah!
Men's sports should be raising prostate cancer screening awareness more than breast cancer awareness.
Men are the majority demographic of the nfl.
Give awareness to breast cancer, but focus on prostate cancer.
Prostate cancer kills more people anyway.

Were you that kid in school who asked a dumb question just when we were about to end class early?
This is a good thing, stop asking questions.

There was no pink in the Saints game today, but all the other games I've seen pink.

Well...don't forget that after tomorrow you are no longer allowed to care about breast cancer. If you do, you will be fined.
But in all truthfulness, I can guarantee you that after the league's stance on deAngelo Williams and Cam Heyward, a lot of players are saying "frick this shite."
