That LSP section is never called the LBI.

It's the Fashion Police. I hope you're wearing something fabulous.

Pretty much every law enforcement agency in the area has blacked out Tahoes with the spotlight. LSUPD has at least three sitting outside of their office right now. The Sheriff's department has recently moved to taking the markings off of their Tahoes and making them "undercover", but they look like shite because it's still obvious it was once a marked car.

Nope, not yet. Just lucky, I guess.

Yep, the plain rims, spotlight, and light bars behind the rear glass were easy to spot.

LSP BOI don't have spotlights on their vehicles.
They defeat the purpose of being unmarked.

What came of this? Were they maybe staging at the park for some kind of raid on a house or business nearby?

You wouldn't know a LSP BOI vehicle if it was sitting next to you in traffic. When it comes to unmarked, LSP does it right.

Don't federal rides have the US Govt license plates?

I see them going about 100mph on 110 quite often. Usually in pairs. They always get off at Government St when heading south. Not sure where they go north. But they will run you off the road if you don't move over.

I was only guessing for the OP. What is it called in LA, or are you saying that there is not one?

True story. I was in traffic one time when a car sideswiped another car. The lady jumps out and yells at the punk in the car that hit her(also stopped). He yells back he didn't hit her. The unmarked black tahoe next to me had no lights or indications. But a dude in a suit got out with badge and gun drawn on that punk and said "GET OUT OF THE CAR!"
I assume he was one?
