Wouldn't even be a black Tahoe. More like a 2005 Monte Carlo on 22's, no shite.

That sounds like a bad news story waiting to happen, especially if he didn't at least activate any lights.

Off topic-sorry in advance. Why are all these law enforcement agencies (State police included)buying SUVs instead of cars? Seems to be a waste of money. Plain old patrol cars not good enough anymore?

He identified himself with badge and some yelling. He said state police in that rant. But he was well dressed in a black suv. Maybe there were some lights in grill(I know Burl Cain's ride has that) that I didn't see because I was directly on his left and it was 730 am. I doubt this was a news story. Now 2 am on a dark road I would want some lights and more ID.

There were some DEA guys like that in the early 2000s. Complete unmarked Orange Camaros, Black Monte Carlo SSs, etc. You right about that. No markings what so ever till they got out in them DEA jackets.
