Damn that was so disappointing. I thought we were past this and the show had an extremely good season 2. Now you go back to the root of the problem.

I really don't get why they would want to go this direction.

Was anyone able to get a good look at the rest of the villains on the bus? I think I saw Killer Croc and The Mad Hatter. I didn't really get a good enough look at anyone else to determine who they were.

They made it a good point to blur the hell out of that last part. I'm sure the Internet Gods will be doing work today to figure out who they were

I give it a B for killing off Azrael too soon and bringing Fish back. Might even bring it down to a C for thinking about that.

That was a great season. That ending with Bruce explaining to Alfred that he wasn't done with Gotham was awesome. Especially Selina's reaction.

Great set-up for next season. Can't wait to see if Bruce has a clone or if there's a Thomas Wayne Jr. that we hadn't heard from yet.

In the new 52 comics, Bruce has a twin brother in the Court of Owls story line. I can't remember the exact storyline but I guess he was born "first" and took the name Thomas Wayne Jr.

He went crazy and his parents institutionalized him. He broke out and started committing crimes under Bruce's name. Somehow, no one in Gotham knew about Bruce's brother so everyone assumed it was Bruce committing the crimes. This is the only story arc I know of Bruce having any siblings.

Actually, I got my story wrong. Thomas Wayne Jr is the youngest. He was born when Bruce was 3 yrs old. He was born crippled or something and his parents sent him away to a children's hospital. The Court took him in and and trained him.

My original story I mixed up with a Clayface story line.

Well this can't be that. That kid was either Bruce's twin or a clone strange made

Thomas Wayne Jr. goes back to the 70's. He was Bruce's older brother who received a brain injury and became violently mentally damaged. The Waynes sent him to an institution and covered up his existence.

As an adult, his body was possessed by Deadman (who thought it was cool since he was retarded). Batman evicted Deadman and Thomas ended up taking a bullet for Batman.

After seeing the season finales of Legends of Tomorrow and Flash, I'm more impressed with the Gotham finale. They really gave us a good wrap-up of the season, a great teaser for next season, and a moment of contentment and humor as Alfred thinks that they are done, then realizes that Bruce will never be "done".

So Ryan Attwood aka Jim Gordon had now left town on two different fox season 2 finales due to getting a girl pregnant. Guy needs to learn to wrap it up.

Evil Jim

I do like the Court of Owls angle, sets up well for next season. Also liked the Bruce/Selena interaction as usual. I'm not deep enough into the comics to know the Evil Bruce/Brother deal but I like the potential.

Ugh on Fish. Could they really not find any better writing for her than her terrible terrible one liners?

I really hope she meets Jerome next season and he asks her who she is and she gives her little "I'm Fish Mooney, bitch" line and then he starts laughing and shoots her in the head. And this needs to be the first scene in the first episode
