Has anyone been watching the new season? Tonight's episode was pretty intense, and so far there's been NO FISH MOONEY SIGHTINGS so I'm pretty stoked about this show moving forward.

Cameron Monaghan has been knocking it out of the park as Jerome.

Yeah man. He is doing a great job. I'm really liking the arc they're on right now. The challenge will be keeping it up for a full season.

I'm on the fence. Sometimes I feel like he knocks it out of the park. Other times, it feels like he is doing a bad Heath Ledger impersonation.

Exactly what I was thinking while watching it last night. Overall I think he's doing pretty good and last night's episode was fantastic

He's got a good mix of Heath ledger and what I think is a pretty decent nod to mark hamill.

My only thing is he "became" the joker too quickly. Seems like he should be a lunatic with hints of joker and develop over time. I'm enjoying either way though.

Like the flow of this season a little better. Fish hopefully never comes back. Damn the 2 chicks are some good eye candy, Barbara and the other one with the whip.

This is the only show that actually has me into it. Like I can't wait until next Monday. I haven't felt this way about a show in a long time.

Fish Mooney is the reason I quit watching this show. Does season 1 get better?

Oh yeah. You do have to deal with some Fish Mooney "story" toward the end of the season, but it's necessary to move the show forward.

I agree with this. It isn't a show killer for me, but it seems like they're making this guy the Joker far too soon. Part of the Joker's shtick is no one knows who he really is. This show blows that away. Gordon clearly knows who he is.

It seems like they're breaking away from the normal Batman lore, so I guess I can give it a pass. The whole Barbara character & storyline is venturing much farther off the reservation than the Joker character.

It's possible that the guy ends up not becoming the Joker. I know when they first decided to make this show, they stated that they would introduce characters that would make the audience think they were the Joker, but they wouldn't be him. But then mid-season last year they decided to basically tell everyone (or at least heavily imply) that Jerome would become the Joker. I'm kind of hoping that they are just trying to pull one over on us.

Yeah, they've really taken her character in a totally different direction. It'll be interesting to see how she ends up pregnant with Gordon's son.

As long as they keep showing crazy hot Barbara I dont care.

Ehh I guess, but if they continued with the Nigma storyline then he still would have known him along with a bunch of thers. Speaking of, whats going on with him?

Crazy Barbara comes over to kill Gordon, Gordon makes her a drink, they get drunk, Gordon goes to pound town, Barbara kills him as he releases his seed

Since this is a new take on the Batman universe, I'm not betting on Barbara marrying Gordon. Jerome may become the Joker or they may be throwing us off with his character.

Jerome is doing a decent Hamill impression. I'll give him that.

I thought they also had a daughter together. Isn't Batgirl/Oracle their daughter in the comics?
