What would the OT do: Neighbor problem

Wife and I (we are in our early 30s), have a house here in Hoover with a patio and I love grilling and just hanging out on patio. We have a neighbor (in his 60s) who lives across the alley. Literally every time we are outside he invites himself over and stays for hours. We can never enjoy the patio alone. To make things worse, he's a big "know it all". I know y'all will have some sarcastic answers but I really can't be rude because he is ALWAYS HOME. It would be awkward every day. Every time I see him.
I can't think of any possible solution to this problem.

Get a bunch of fudge.
Ball it up.
When your neighbor comes over, pretend to poop in your hand (it is actually the fudge.)
Have your wife say "That's a good one, honey."
As he stares in disbelief, eat the fudge.
He'll think you just ate shite.
He'll never come back.

Ask him for a blow job; that will scare him off.....oh wait, I see you're in Alabama.

My parents have a similar problem with a man in his 80s. I think their strategy is waiting for him to die, though.

I had one like that. He hid his whiskey bottle in the right ligustrum and his wife hid hers in the left ligustrum. From each other.
We just accepted drunk old neighbors. At least they went to bed early.

Dont wear pants. Just go outside and grill with no pants. Have your wife ignore the fact that you have no pants.

Tell Saban to go home, Kiffin is banging on one of his bedroom doors.

Wear shorts. Cross your legs and let your nuts hang out. Be obvious and then wink at him.

Put sprinklers between your patio and his yard, make sure the water doesn't hit you.
He will give up if he has to keep taking the long way around.

Seriously, grow a pair and tell him you'd rather enjoy the patio without his presence. It's just a neighbor.
Bad idea. You don't want to isolate your neighbor.
Just when he comes over ignore him or don't offer him anything to eat or drink. Just go about your business. If you ignore him he'll get the hint.
