It's not really a nickname, but since Saturday night, he has become, to me,
The Legend!
The Legend!

During the game the other day, I texted some Auburn golf partners..."Beaux Fournette", a variation of Bo Jackson. Bo used to and Beaux does now....maul people with their running style.

Buga just doesn't enter my mind when I see him running over, jumping over, and running from defenders. To me no one word can describe him. He may end up with multiple names before his football career is over.

well you do realize that nicknames don't necessarily describe your style of play don't you? For example, Anthoney McFarlands nickname is booger. No one was trying to change it to booger truck, or booger pancake smasher, or anything else. It was just plain ole 'booger'.

Mr Fournette is from the 7th Ward.

He has a brand that already is established--and it's pretty good--Leonard Fournette. It just happens to be the platinum standard. Neither Herschel Walker nor Bo Jackson needed a nickname and that worked out fine for them.

I hate nicknames and acronyms and pretentious crap. But there was an old NBA player nicknamed Truck. And this fits LF7.
Hates acronyms, uses LF7.
Seems legit.

LF7 doesn't need a nick name but all other running backs should be called - "Fournette me nots"

Remember when Miles rustled some SEC coaches Jimmies when he tweeted out BUGA NATION during recruiting down time TWO YEARS AGO?
