Nawlins in Manchester NH - NOPE.
La Louisiana in Montreal - NOPE.
Etoufee and gumbo at Border Cafe chain - NOPE.
Cajun food in general at Chef Wayne's Big Mamou in Springfield, MA - Okay, this isn't bad even if it's non-traditional.
Will my homesickness cause me to try yet another Cajun place well above the Mason Dixon line, to say nothing of outside of Louisiana?
Maybe if it was east of Syracuse on the way back to Vermont. But I goins to da Dinosaur on Friday night ya.
