We all knew this was coming...

I'm halfway joking, but if the bluegill record just got broken... I bet the largemouth record is soon to be up rooted. There has definitely been a trend of big bass coming out of the lake recently and the baitfish like bluegill getting bigger is an indication of what's going on in the lake. That's how I see it...

Funny, the large bluegills I catch at TB are consistently smaller than those from Indian Creek and Kincaid. That fish doesn't look pure bluegill.

It doesn't look that big either.

My thought precisely. 11" is a very large bluegill, but lake record for TB? That seems way too small.

If that's a record there is no doubt in my mind I have broken the record and fried it many of times.

I used to catch Bluegills in Iatt and Nantachie at least that big . Iatt has the biggest Chinkapins I've ever seen .
