Episode 1901 “Stunning and Brave” Press Release
09.14.2015

It isn’t the same old South Park in an all-new episode premiering Wednesday, September 16 at 10:00 P.M. ET/PT on Comedy Central

NEW YORK, September 14, 2015 – The boys express their utmost respect for Caitlyn Jenner in the season premiere of “South Park” titled “Stunning and Brave” on Wednesday, September 16 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on Comedy Central.

There is a new principal at the helm of South Park Elementary. He forces the boys to confront the damage they’ve done through their history of racism and unconscious bias. It is the most stunning and brave South Park ever.

I hope it's funny. But I have my doubts.

There's so much ammo this season, I hope Trey and Matt try this year instead of just limping along.

After last season, I have plenty of doubts.

Parker himself said he's tired of South Park and he isn't looking to make some big finish just quietly go out with a wimper and people asking why they did it.

There's plenty of reason to think they'll just coast through another season with missed jokes and a mediocre product.

I'll happily eat crow if my all time favorite television show gets back in track, but for now it's like watching a relative die on life support.

You hope for the best, but deep down you know you're just waiting for the beeps to stop.

It's been in multiple interviews for years now.

And in the 6 days to air documentary, Parker recalls that they had just ended Book of Mormon and it was so much fun and so successful and they were both like, ah shite, we have to go do South Park now.

Also, they often use Stan's monologues and interactions with Kyle at the end of episodes to communicate with the audience.

They've had a few conversations over that last season and a half about how south Park is a different show now and it is what it is.

Its a lazy current event satire now. There wasn't even a clever plot last season. No original episodes, just run of the mill laziness.

To be fair, this is why they switched the format of the show. Now they only have to focus on the show for a few weeks and can go back to other projects when finished. After this run they are going back to their video game sequel.

I still say last season had some great episodes. It wasn't their worst season, it just isn't season 14 (the best season they had).

I agree with everything in your post but I think they're still good for 1 or 2 great ones these days. The Cissy and Cock Magic were gems last season.

Exactly. They don't give a shite anymore and they're happy to just put out mediocre shite. It's sad. Parker is one of my all time favorite comedic minds and watching this slow train wreck is rough to watch.

Season 14 you think it the all time best?

Season 14 doesn't compare to sea on 8.

This is gonna be awesome.

Do you think the "new principal" will be a celebrity SJW or some amalgamation of SJW's in general?

Atleast I'm backing up my concerns with actual statements.

Aren't you the one that just loses his shite if there's any biracial couple or lead roles anywhere?

I sure hope the episode doesn't have Token in it so you can enjoy it you ignorant racist moron.
